Jean Fortin is the younger brother with extensive experience in negotiating investment deals. Since early in his career, he understood that strong relationships with his clients would be the driving force behind his long term success. While often enjoying a good laugh with the people around him, he is always ready to answer calls and help however he can. Jean has a strong passion for sharing his knowledge in commercial real estate and teaching others how to reach new heights. Currently living in Downtown Montreal, his pulse on the city and love for real estate are the main ingredients of his success.

Paul Fortin is an accomplished commercial real estate broker with a wide knowledge of real estate investments. Born and raised in Montreal with Canadian-Italian roots, his flare for sales was learned from a young age. Having previously invested and flipped homes with his own two hands, his extensive knowledge in construction brings tremendous value to his clients. Paul learned a long time ago that his success would be built upon his passion for the craft and his continuous devotion to his clients financial future and safety. Paul is a devoted Fiancee as well as a passionate, loving father of two beautiful children; Mila and William.
